Become the technical specialist for Finastra Global Payments Plus at our Toronto office. This onsite role requires troubleshooting, advanced configurations, and client-facing support to resolve complex issues.
The Subject Matter Expert role focuses on providing technical assistance and guidance for FGPP production issues. You will manage escalations, analyze traces, and perform complex configurations to deliver effective solutions. Your expertise will support clients and teams during troubleshooting and resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage escalations from L2 teams for complex issues
• Analyze FGPP processing flows and pinpoint errors
• Perform complex configurations, including Pre-Rules and Post-Rules
• Provide immediate workarounds and support QA teams
• Participate in customer calls to discuss technical updates
Requirements:
• Proven FGPP issue analysis experience in last 3 years
• Deep understanding of FGPP configurations and setups
