About the Role

As a member of the Imperial Service Team, you will partner with Financial Advisors to help high‑value clients secure their futures. In this role you will support the team with client outreach, sales and administrative activities to build relationships and recommend appropriate financial products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to provide information on cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection.
• Partner with the Financial Advisor to help clients meet financial goals.
• Conduct marketing and outreach activities to grow the Advisor’s network and deepen existing relationships.
• Listen, ask questions and solve client issues, taking accountability and knowing when to seek assistance.
• Prepare client files, book appointments and maintain schedules to improve team productivity and uncover business opportunities.
