Position Purpose and Summary
The Financial Services Administrator is a key member of the Finance department, providing foundational support across accounts payable, purchase card administration, cashiering, and general accounting processes. This role contributes to accurate transaction processing, financial integrity, and internal controls while supporting month‑end, year‑end, and ongoing finance operations.
Key Areas of Accountability

- General financial processing: Process financial transactions including invoices, expense claims, disbursements, and journal entries in accordance with University policies.
