Job Responsibilities
As a life and health insurance financial security advisor, you serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. Your focus areas include individual insurance, group insurance and retirement savings plans, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance, and life and health insurance claims settlement. You promote and sell financial security products and services, communicate effectively to understand clients’ expressed needs, analyze client needs and develop personalized solutions, ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards, and represent the organization in negotiating agreements with clients.
