Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a sharp, driven FP&A Analyst who is obsessed with financial modeling, leveraging data and technology for business insights, and investment performance.

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, you will be a trusted financial partner to our asset management, analytics and investment teams, translating data into the clear, well-structured analysis that drives operational and investment decisions.

This is a high-visibility role for someone early in their career who wants to develop deep FP&A expertise within a sophisticated real estate investment platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist on behalf of finance with the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasts by partnering with asset management, analytics, core finance, investments and third-party property management teams collaboratively;
