Logitech is currently seeking a Finance OpEx Manager to become part of the Corporate FP&A team. This role will collaborate with diverse cross-functional departments and support Business Groups OpEx management. The ideal candidate will report to Sr. Manager Commercial FP&A and will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to departmental heads, providing financial guardrails, challenging spend assumptions, and identifying savings opportunities.
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes for the designated business departments, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and continuous improvement in Forecast accuracy.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with qualified commentary, explaining what happened and focusing on the why and next steps to improve results.
