Overview of the Role:
This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful and support and contribute to Clean Energy Infrastructure transactions with financial modelling skills. The role is a Contingent Worker for 6 months.
Key responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the preparation/maintenance/updating of detailed and complex financial models (including macros) for internal and external purposes. This may include updating vendor financial models
+ Responsible for the financial analysis and communication of key movements and value drivers of the financial model and ensure all inputs are properly sourced and are reasonable and are updated.
+ Financial models outputs include equity post tax IRR (hold to maturity and full cycle IRR), equity valuations, gearing etc including running typical Nuveen financial sensitivities such as revenues, costs, capex etc
