Financial Management Specialist - DIRECT HIRE

Summary This position is located in the U. S. Depart of Transportation, Office of the Secretary (OST), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration, Office of Financial Management and Transit Benefits (OFM). The incumbent serves as a Financial Specialist for the Working Capital Fund (WCF) within OFM and has responsibility for budgets, fund administration, cost accounting, billing, and other budget and funds control activities for the assigned M Offices.
