The Role: Financial Controller

We're looking for a hands‑on finance leader who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and helping leaders make smarter business decisions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the financial operations of the business while acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team. Your work will ensure accurate financial reporting, healthy cash flow, and provide operational leaders with the insights they need to make confident decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You might review month‑end financials one day, refine our budgeting process the next, improve utilization reporting, negotiate with vendors, or help leadership evaluate our next investment. As Tactable continues to grow, this role has the opportunity to evolve into a CFO position.
