Financial Controller

Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to join our finance team at Neural DSP Technologies, based in Helsinki. You'll be responsible for month-end closing processes, financial reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting records across our Finnish headquarters and international subsidiaries. You will work closely with our management team, operations team, and external auditors. But beyond the day-to-day tasks, we're looking for someone who's excited to challenge the status quo — someone who's constantly thinking of how to improve, automate, and streamline financial processes. We need someone who thrives in a multicultural environment and can collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different locations.
