Financial Controller – Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of Valmet’s financial data.
• Work with global teams to improve Record-to-Report processes and systems.
• Support monthly reporting and ensure financial data is accurately transferred and reconciled from accounting systems to the reporting layer.
• Support financial data quality by providing accounting and reporting expertise to business partners and the wider Global Finance organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and/or a recognized accounting qualification.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Knowledge of integrated finance systems; experience with HFM and LN/SAP is considered an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and collaborate across teams....
