Financial Analyst Operations

Who we need

Reporting to the Plant Controller, we are seeking a Financial Analyst Operations to join our Brampton, Ontario plant. You will play a key role in analyzing operational and financial performance, providing timely reporting, and supporting plant leadership in making data‑driven decisions. You will work closely with the Plant Manager, Production, Warehouse, and other site leaders as part of the Indianapolis leadership team, ensuring that operational performance is fully understood from a financial perspective.

This is an existing full‑time hybrid role, with three days onsite at our plant in Brampton, Ontario and two days remote each week.
