Financial Analyst - Hybrid - St. Louis, Missouri

**This is a hybrid role which requires 3 days in office + 2 days remote. Candidate must be located within driving distance of the St. Louis, Missouri office.**

**POSITION SUMMARY** :

The Financial Analyst works within the FP&A Central Reporting team embedded within the Finance & Accounting organization. The team goal is enabling the Finance & Accounting organization to become world-class through automation and process improvements.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

+ Work with finance & accounting partners to help automate manual workflows and train them in tools and skills to become self-sufficient
+ Combine data across multiple, disparate systems such as enterprise data warehouse and other databases to perform analysis and draw conclusions based upon findings
