Finance Transformation Manager

We are assisting one of our clients with their search for a Finance Transformation Manager. The Finance Transformation Manager will play a key role in modernizing and scaling the Finance and Accounting organization. This individual will partner closely with stakeholders across Finance and Technology to redesign processes, evaluate financial systems, and help build a more automated, data-driven operating model.

Location: Dallas, TX or New York, NY – primarily onsite

Compensation: $140,000-$180,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and process automation across Accounting and Finance functions

Partner with Finance leaders to assess current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop future-state operating models

Serve as a liaison between Finance and Technology teams, translating business objectives into clear functional requirements
