1. Financial Reporting & Closing
Lead and oversee the monthly and annual financial closing process, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely issuance of financial statements for the Malaysia entity.
Prepare comprehensive management and board reports, including detailed financial analysis, variance reporting, and trend assessments to facilitate informed strategic decision-making.
2. Regulatory Compliance, Audit & Tax Management
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and all relevant statutory requirements.
Manage and coordinate annual statutory audits, tax compliance matters, and engagements with external auditors, tax consultants, banking institutions, and company secretaries to maintain regulatory compliance.
