Midea is seeking a highly motivated and hands‑on Finance Leader to oversee and drive all finance‑related activities for the Peru operation. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership while ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.

The Finance Leader will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Compliance, and Internal Controls.
