As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Executive General Manager. Your strategic business insights will drive profitability, productivity, and informed decision-making within manufacturing operations. You will lead all aspects of accounting and finance while spearheading continuous process improvements benefiting the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives
• Provide financial analysis for better cash flow and profitability
• Develop financial models and forecasts for business decisions
• Lead financial report preparations and compliance processes
• Oversee inventory valuation and cost allocation methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA designation required
