Finance Lead

This position involves:
Managing accounting activities and performs financial performance analysis
Monitoring OPEX and conducting cost analysis
Overseeing balance sheet management and ensuring effective controls
Maintaining oversight of property and fixed assets
Providing coaching and overseeing performance management
Driving finance process automation initiatives
Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years’ commercial experience
Strong financial and management accounting foundation
Exposure to Sage X3, Power BI, or ERP systems
Proven experience in automation and process improvement
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Strong in management accounting and financial analysis
Qualification:

B. Com Accounting (or similar)
Newly qualified CA (SA)
