The role involves managing event budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking, and delivering timely profitability analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and effective business insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Budget Management
• Update and maintain budgets for approved events in SAP.
• Ensure timely closure of internal orders in SAP upon event completion to control budget utilization.
• Identify and flag incorrect invoice bookings against event budgets and coordinate rectifications.

• Monitor event completion timelines to ensure timely P&L actualization.
