This full-time permanent role is critical as Helmets to Hardhats enters a growth phase. The Finance Director will oversee financial operations, budgeting processes, and compliance while managing payroll and fostering a finance team. Responsibilities include enhancing financial transparency and supporting executive decisions through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the finance function end-to-end
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Supervise finance-adjacent staff and their development
• Coordinate year-end audit and liaise with external auditors
• Design and strengthen internal controls for growth
Requirements:
• CPA designation preferred
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience
