We are looking for a Finance Coordinator, Operations, Innovation & Productivity to join the Mobile Infrastructure Finance organization, working in close support of the CFO Office. This role combines executive-style coordination with a strong focus on using AI and automation to modernize day‑to‑day secretarial and operational work. It is designed for an early‑career professional who wants to start building a career in a global corporate environment while helping transform how executive support and finance coordination are delivered.

You will support core activities such as calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, leadership team routines, and follow‑up tracking — while continuously applying AI tools, digital solutions, and automation thinking to make these tasks faster, smarter, and more efficient.
