Opportunity Description
Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT deskside support, field service engineering, or technical desktop support. Technical Knowledge: Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and standard enterprise software (Microsoft 365, Adobe CC). Hardware Familiarity: Proven experience with basic server/network hardware (racking, cabling, power cycles) and standard business AV equipment. Language: Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English (essential for collaborating with global vendor teams). Soft Skills: Strong customer-service orientation, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 15-20 kg / 35-45 lbs) for installations and relocations. Mobility to travel locally between designated corporate sites in Mexico City.
