Summary/Objective

The Field Service Technician II at Zund America provides advanced technical expertise in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of equipment at customer sites. This customer-facing role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and punctuality. Technicians also provide remote technical support as needed. This position requires frequent travel throughout Canada and occasional international travel.

What you would do:

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of Zünd equipment at customer locations with minimal support from the Service Manager.
• Accurately document service activities and machine-related information in the ERP system (Salesforce cases).
• Complete administrative responsibilities including time entry (ADP), expense reporting reports (Concur), service reports, and warranty certificates-with minimal supervision or need for co...
