As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the face of Quadient to our clients, representing our dedication to quality service. With a background in electrical or mechanical work and customer engagement, you’ll diagnose problems and train clients effectively on our equipment's best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage installation and servicing of locker equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
• Educate customers on equipment use and maintenance
• Document technical problems for escalation and improvements
• Maintain inventory and manage service tools
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED with 1-2 years' relevant experience
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proven diagnostic and repair skills
