The role also encompasses designing and overseeing training and certification programs to ensure compliance and technical proficiency, optimizing productivity by assigning tasks based on expertise and availability, and ensuring strict adherence to departmental budgets.
Additional responsibilities involve coordinating the procurement of essential tools and resources, serving as the escalation point for international resource allocation, supporting outage planning in partnership with technical and district planners, and delivering regular progress reports to the District Service Manager.
