Field Service Engineer – Scientific & Life-Science Instruments

Our client is looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support advanced scientific and life-science instruments across clinical, research, diagnostic, and laboratory environments in Singapore.

This role is ideal for someone with strong field service experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex laboratory systems, working directly with customers, and supporting technologies such as flow cytometry, liquid handling automation, and qPCR platforms.

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain scientific and life-science instruments at customer sites.
• Support platforms such as flow cytometry systems, liquid handling automation, qPCR instruments, and related laboratory equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, fluidics, optics, lasers, robotics, sensors, and assay-related issues.
