Field Service Engineer

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide specialized technical field service for JBT Marel Food & Dairy line equipment, ensuring proper operation through maintenance, installation, diagnostics, and repair with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will report directly to the Supervisor of Field Service and will be required to travel frequently (approximately 80% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on installed equipment.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and unplanned service calls with immediate availability.
• Carry out equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
