Overview

TechSid Marketing is hiring a Field Sales Team Lead to support the launch and growth of a major telecommunications acquisition program across Canada. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales setting, knows how to build and motivate teams, and is comfortable leading from the front. You will oversee Sales Representatives working at retail activations, community events, home improvement stores, and customer acquisition campaigns while helping drive sales performance, team development, and operational excellence.
