Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with veterinary customers to help sell IDEXX’s medical device diagnostics portfolio of products.
  • Engage customers through knowledgeable interactions, business discussions and educational opportunities about IDEXX's products.
  • Leverage consultative selling techniques to translate customer needs into diagnostic solutions.
  • Establish yourself as a valued partner by helping veterinary practices grow diagnostic revenue.
  • Communicate customer needs and competitive issues to IDEXX's marketing organization and your business unit manager.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of IDEXX's products and services.
  • Present IDEXX's values to customers in a professional manner.
  • Attend trade shows and other educational events in the region.
  • Manage IDEXX expenses and resources in line with company guidelines and directives.
