KWS Türk is looking for a Field Production Manager who will lead the field production activities in the country for corn and sunflower seeds.
This unlimited position is available in full-time and located in our Turkish HQ, Eskişehir.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all corn and sunflower seed field production activities in line with the annual production program and in close collaboration with Regional Production Managers.Ensure production operations consistently achieve KWS global quality standards and meet all production targets.Manage field production costs and drive efficiency to achieve budgeted Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) per unit.Develop and implement short- and long-term field production strategies to support business growth and production sustainability.Define and manage grower pricing structures, contract models, and commercial agreements....
