Field Operations Supervisor

Xact Pressure Services is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor that is capable of working in a fast paced environment and looking to join a growing company. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and is capable of prioritizing jobs while managing people. This position requires a focus on safety and the ability to have difficult conversations without being reactive. It requires long days and 24hr commitment while on shift.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Operations

• Rotational dispatch coordination. Managing driver schedules, unit availability, and job coverage
• Bids creation and scoping jobs
• Supervising drivers and units on site during operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Filling in as a driver on tank truck, pressure truck or hydrovac duties as required
