Opportunity Description

We are seeking a Field Operations Administrator to support supplier onboarding, procurement system operations, and user support activities across multiple sites using MCI/My Track. 

This role will serve as the primary business resource for MCI Track, partnering with Procurement, IT, suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure onboarding processes, system adoption, and governance requirements are executed consistently and efficiently.

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience doing administrative support with field operations 
  • Experience coordinating supplier onboarding, qualification, or vendor enablement processes
  • Experience with procurement or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms and/or the ability to learn technology quickly
  • Experience supporting business users and resolving process-related issues
