RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Field Medical Strategy, Leadership and Execution
Lead and oversee the Field Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team within the relevant therapeutic area to develop and execute regional field medical plans in alignment with the overall medical strategy.Provide strategic direction and coaching to ensure the team effectively identifies regional unmet medical needs and translates them into actionable field medical activities.Review and align regional medical plans, resource allocation, and budget proposals to support effective and compliant execution across the region.Ensure the identification, prioritization, and engagement of key external stakeholders, particularly key opinion leaders (KOLs), in support of scientific exchange and medical strategy.Lead the team to collect, analyze, and synthesize medical insights from external stakeholders, and collaborate with Medical Advisors and o...
