Field Engineering Manager

Job Summary

As a Field Engineering Manager, you will report to the Construction & Quality SME and provide strategic and operational oversight of field engineering activities across the capital portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that all field engineering work is effectively planned, executed, and completed in accordance with established quality standards, project specifications, and organisational requirements.

In this role, you will monitor performance across multiple projects, providing assurance that field engineering practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with the capital portfolio management team’s expectations. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and resolve technical or quality-related issues in a timely manner.
