This role partners closely with store leadership to enhance performance, with a strong focus on sales, clienteling, and talent development.

• Partner with store leaders to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Conduct regular in-store coaching sessions to elevate selling techniques, with a strong focus on high jewelry.
• Identify performance gaps and implement tailored coaching plans to improve individual and team results.
• Support the execution of sales strategies and ensure alignment across all boutiques.
