Field Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for introducing new products to local customer factories, leading the C/SKD import production plan;
2. Solve production and technical issues for local customers during the new product introduction process, provide daily process guidance to customer factories, and organize training for technical and quality personnel;
3. Timely resolve any abnormalities in customer production and act as a liaison window to provide timely feedback on customer needs to the internal team;
4. Collect and organize improvement needs in client production, promote targeted improvements in R&D and factories, and understand competitor information in customer factories, sharing it with R&D engineers in a timely manner;
5. Understand the local market, provide local market information for business frontends, strive to expand local business, and assist business departments in maintaining customer relationships.
