FES & Productivity Manager - Metals

Main Missions of the Role

1. Provide FES expertise and coaching (HSE, Quality, EE, PC&L and Production system) based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business.
2. Assist the Operations Director in developing the budget and strategic Plan (SP) for the region (based on benchmarking and gap analysis) plus validating the Plant Improvement Plans (PIP).
3. Define FES&P priorities to achieve plant targets (plant output targets and FES&P input activities).
4. Confirm the relevance of the PIP in the achievement of the budget and SP target (including new Programs, new technologies/Digital transformation/footprint).
5. Perform shop floor diagnosis and define recommendations.
