**Fence Installation Helper**
Pay: 18.00/ hour
Manpower is seeking a motivated and dependable **Fence Installation Helper** to assist with the installation of residential, commercial, and industrial fencing. This is a physically demanding outdoor position that involves digging post holes, mixing and transporting concrete, carrying materials, and assisting the installation crew with building and repairing various types of fences. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and are comfortable performing manual labor in varying weather conditions.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Assist fence installers with the installation of chain-link, wood, vinyl, aluminum, and other fencing materials.
+ Dig post holes using hand tools, power augers, or other equipment.
+ Mix, pour, and transport concrete for fence posts and related projects.
+ Load, unload, and move fencing materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
