Job Description

  • Field and 0-km failure/complaint solving from customer
  • Daily field errors analysis based on CCU
  • New field running scenario and end-users fleet supporting
  • Field vehicles onsite trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Customer vehicle end of line support
  • Spare parts supporting to ensure the repairing finish in time
  • Field vehicle management(SW update history, HW repairing history, etc.)
  • After sales technical & training document setup and maintenance
  • Service suggestion definition/guidance setup and maintenance.
