Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Deliver personalised, five-star dining experiences across all meal periods. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and manage special dietary requirements. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and discreetly. Maintain a visible presence during service to ensure standards are consistently met.

Operational Supervision

Supervise daily F&B service operations including:

• Restaurant
• Bar
• Boma
• Bush dinners
• In-room dining
• Safari meals

Ensure service setups, timings, and transitions are executed flawlessly. Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, and Safari teams. Conduct pre-service briefings and post-service debriefs.

Staff Supervision & Training
