Farm Operative (Temp to Perm) – YO25 Area
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Farm Operative to join our team in the YO25 area on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a hands-on role working as part of a dedicated team to maintain high standards of animal welfare, hygiene, and productivity across the unit. Full training and on-site guidance will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in agriculture.
Key Responsibilities

Feeding, moving, serving, treating, vaccinating, and handling pigs
*
Maintaining animal welfare standards in line with Company policies, RSPCA Assured Standards, and the Five Freedoms
*
Following all company policies and procedures at all times

Operating farm equipment and machinery safely and responsibly (once trained)

Reporting any site damage or issues promptly to the Line...
