Opportunity Description
Make a difference with YW Calgary as a Families Forward Facilitator. This role focuses on in-home support and building caregiver capacity for families with children aged 0 to 6.
As a Families Forward Facilitator, you will provide trauma-informed, client-centered support. You'll manage a caseload of up to 20 families, conducting weekly or bi-weekly visits to help caregivers develop skills and strategies for nurturing their children. Goal-oriented case planning, system navigation, and evidence-based strategies will be essential to fostering well-being in families.
