**Job Description**
The Family Specialist II will function within the team of providers in the Treatment Foster Care Program or in community-based programs as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) or a Targeted Case Manager (TCM). Will work with children, families, foster families, birth families, and outside providers in a manner appropriate to the service being delivered.
