Family Practitioner, Kaatza Clinic, Lake Cowichan (Cowichan PCN)

This is a longitudinal family practice posting. Hours and day of the week can be negotiated. The intent is to build a new panel of patients from the Lake Cowichan area.

The Kaatza Clinic is a part of the Cowichan PCN and has access to team-based care. This role would work alongside another family physician, 2 NPs, 2 MOA and 1 RN; and has access to a PCN Social Worker and Pharmacist. The clinic is co-located with public health and community health services.

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), such as:

• Recruitment Incentive (pro-rated for part-time) $10,000
• Relocation Costs Reimbursement up to a maximum of $15,000
• Fee Premium 4.48%
• Annual Flat Fee $6,942.72
• Rural CME years 3 & 4 $2,200, $4,400 after 4 years
