Position Summary

Come join a supportive and collegial team of physicians at the site Clinic with this incredible 1.0 FTE opportunity. Scope will include outpatient clinic Monday to Friday, shared 24 hour on-call duties (dedicated ER only with no booked clinic patients) roughly 1 in 5, inpatient management and lumps and bumps days. The clinic houses 8 exam rooms, and the hospital has 4 ER bays, 5 acute care beds and 4 long term care beds. All services are housed within the Mackenzie Hospital making for convenient inpatient rounding. X-ray, lab, mental health and addictions counseling and homecare services are available. The team serves a population of roughly 3800 residents locally, as well as seasonal workers in the region. We enjoy a relaxed and supportive environment within our group and welcome new rural grads transitioning into full practice, and experienced rural physicians.
