Join PCA as a Registered Nurse and lead public health initiatives at West Jasper Place Community Health Centre. Your role will focus on holistic, family-centered care for the community.
In this position, you will provide routine healthcare services including immunizations and counseling for preschool children and their families. Documenting care efficiently in EMR and actively engaging with high-risk populations will be critical.
