Facility Manager and Senior Scientist

Job Summary

The Experimental Modeling Facility (EMF) is a new initiative within the Life Sciences Institute (LSI) to provide specialized and humanized mouse modeling services to a variety of research groups with distinct aims and goals. The EMF Manager and Senior Scientist will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining collaborations with academic and industry partners; consulting, designing, executing, and analyzing experiments; pursuing funding opportunities and preparing budgets; and overseeing the activities of EMF research staff.

The EMF Manager and Senior Scientist will be responsible for developing tailored experimental protocols and will organize work timelines and execute experimental designs in order to meet the project outcomes as defined by and with the principal investigator(s).
