Facility & 5S Coordinator (8-Month Contract)

Position Details:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete minor repairs including painting, carpentry, light plumbing, and fixture replacements.
• Install and repair items such as blinds, signage, whiteboards, clocks, and safety postings.
• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, baseboards, and other general building components.
• Maintain office spaces, hallways, lunchrooms, and common areas in good condition.
• Assemble and install desks, chairs, shelving, and other furniture as directed by HR or department leaders.
• Complete painting, touch-ups, and minor cosmetic improvements to office, common areas, and building spaces.
• Support space reconfigurations and HR-led improvement projects across the building.
