Opportunity Description
We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aFacilities Technician to join a leading Company located in the Richmond, VA surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $25 - 35/hr
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the coordination of services to support the operations of the firm to include facilities maintenance, general HVAC monitoring and working with vendors when issues arise, general handyman duties, maintaining office supply levels, service of office equipment, key control for desks, offices and cabinets, tracking of off-site storage, the retrieval and distribution of incoming mail and the metering and recording of outgoing mail.
