Facilities Manager

Role Purpose

To lead and standardize administration, facilities management, and security operations across Arvind Limited s manufacturing plants, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-optimized operations while enhancing employee and visitor experience. The role will drive process consistency, digitization, and vendor governance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilities Management (Hard & Soft Services)

Oversee end-to-end plant facilities operations including:

o Utilities, maintenance, and infrastructure upkeep

o Housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and waste management

Ensure high uptime of critical infrastructure (power, HVAC, water systems, etc.).

Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Standardize SOPs and SLAs across plants for consistent service delivery.
